Treating fungus on a molly, need help?

yesterday I woke up to find my black Yucatan Molly (new to the tank by 4 days) covered with white fuzz. I put her in a medical tank and added fungus medication. She looks better already. How long do I keep her in the medical tank?

Same as you would in the regular tank. After about 4-5 days change the water and let her stay for a while longer. Raise the temp. to 75 degrees and add some aquarium salt (1/2 tsp. per gallon) after you have changed the water. Mollies are brackish water fish and like salt. It also helps the heal and helps kill ich, fungi, and some parasites. It is alwas best to treat the fish with meds. first though. In about a week or two she can be returned back to the tank.
