How do I prevent mould, mildew, fungi from growing on my black leather sofa?

Whitish mouldy-looking stuff reappear on parts of my black leather sofa in my apartment a few days after i remove them with Clorox wipes. How do I prevent mould, mildew, fungi from growing on my black leather sofa?
If this is mold you need a specialist product called mold killer or em clean which will kill the mold spores otherwise they will just keep coming back.

If the problem is with 'spew' you will need a fat and salt stabiliser to rectify the problem.

Mold will look powdery and spew will look like white salts but will feel greasy when rubbed between the fingers. How do I prevent mould, mildew, fungi from growing on my black leather sofa?
need to get rid of source of moisture. use dehumidifier.
clean it well and let it sit with the back in the sunlight to totally dry out the leather. You may want to remove the seat cushions and let the humidity out of the whole piece of furniture and if it's against the wall where there is a air intake return, you need to move it, and keep it at least 4 inches away from the wall, and that should stop the mildew from reoccurring. There is also a leather refinish and sealer (bought separately) you can use just on the back of the sofa if other preps don't work.
YOU NEED TO BUY A DEHUMIDIFIER!!! If you don't do it soon your stuff will be trash! They are a little investment but very worth it. You will be happy with the results. Go get one today!
you should go to home depot and find the molding wall that protects mold from coming in your house,it sure helped me!!
You need a de-humidifier in your apt. It will take the moisture out the air that causes the mold, mildew, and fungi. Also try and keep your couch away from the walls.
after you've cleaned it and conditioned your leather with the proper products start running your A/C unit or at least get a dehumidifier there is way too much humidity in your room
your apartment may be too damp. Maybe try running a dehumidifier and see if that helps. Might have to run it for several days and let your apartment manager know you seem to be having some kind of problem.
