I don't know about your balls but it's definitely not normal for mine. Don't worry about them though. In about a week or two, they'll robably fall off and it won't be a problem for you anymore.
ya go to the doctor. you probably just need to claen it more with antibacteral soap. try that then go. it could be a very bad thing. also it could be jock itch.
