What are the nutrients that bracket fungi have?

i am planning to make these fungi as feeds. What are the nutrients that bracket fungi have?
In general, fungi are rich in vitamins, minerals and oils/fats (not cholesterol raising types). Your fungus may also have proteins. Exactly what nutrients a fungus has depends on species (bracket fungus is a general type, not a single species).

You wouldn't want to feed an animal entirely on bracket fungus though. It's bound to lack some essential things. You also need to be very sure you can identify the edible type and similar poisonous species, so that you don't make mistakes.
