How does sexual reproduction differ from asexual reproduction among fungi?

Also, I was wondering why aren't all the organisms studied today in the domain Eukarya? How does sexual reproduction differ from asexual reproduction among fungi?
in fungi, the asexual form is haploids.these haploid mycelium giv rise to gametes wich fuse to form the zygote.the zygote undergoes meiosis to form haploid spores wich giv rise to vegetative or asexual mycelium.this is the process of sexual reproduction.

in asexual or vegetative propagation, the mycelia form new forms by forming asexual spores or by fragmentation.no gametes are formed in this method and no meiosis occurs.

organisms studied under domain eukarya shud hav a well defined nucleus wich has a well distinguished nuclear membrane.wen such a clear nucleus is absent and the chromosome is present in the cytoplasm, the cells are called as prokaryotic cells
